Symptoms to watch out for are bloating, pelvic or abdominal pain, difficulty eating and feeling a frequent or urgent need to urinate. The groups said women who experience any of the symptoms for more than two or three weeks are advised to see a doctor, especially there is a change from their previous health. One of the researchers who helped identify the symptoms, Dr. Barbara Goff of the University of Washington in Seattle, said in most cases it won't turn out to be ovarian cancer. "We don't want to scare people, but we also want to arm people with the appropriate information," she told the Post.
